Vendor Setup
Friday November 21 4pm-7pm
Saturday November 22 8am-10am
*You are welcome to set up during either or both of these times, we will have a volunteer on site should you need help finding your table
*The use of nails, pins, tape, screws, or any damaging materials on walls or floors is prohibited by the Sointula Recreation Association. Only sticky tack and pull-tab hooks are allowed. Please plan your setup accordingly.
Market: Saturday November 22 10am-3pm
Vendor Take-down:
Saturday November 22 3pm-5pm
*please do not pack up early out of respect to our visitors, and other vendors.

Parking:
Parking near building entrances is reserved for visitors, all F.O. Hall parking is handicap/accessible
-While unloading items: you may park close to the building entrance
-While setting up your display: please re-park on the street/away from building entrances to make room for other vendors to unload
-During the market: please park near the Tennis Court, leaving space closest to the building for Thrift Store parking

Vendors are responsible for their personal property and any other items they bring onto the Sointula Recreation Association property. The Sointula Recreation Association and the Winter Festival Committee are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your property.
