Finnish Organizational Hall

DSC_5860.JPG

The historic Finnish Organizational Hall, lovingly known to locals as the FO Hall, was built in 1911, by the men living on the island at the time.

The lower level of the FO hall boasts a newly refinished meeting room, with a kitchen. There is a built-in table height counter top in this space, perfect for board meetings, and there is a restroom on this level.

The upper FO Hall also boasts a full kitchen, with pass through counter into what is coined the “new hall”. The hall itself has the ability to be split into two areas with an accordion style pocket wall between the “New Hall” and “Old Hall”. There is capacity for 277 people, seated or 297 standing. There is also a raised stage, complete with red velvet curtains and a backstage area, a coat room, and restrooms.

The third level of the FO hall hosts the “Lion’s Room”. Another small meeting space with a bar area. This level is not wheelchair accessible.
